3 Questions of Inquiry

If you are ready to start your journey toward cultivating a radiant life but you’re not sure where to start, use these 3 questions as a place to begin:

1) What of importance is missing from your life?

What do you wish you had, wish you could release, or notice needs to change?

2) How are you standing in your own way?

In what ways are you avoiding the deep inner work required to heal the wounds or face the problems in your life? This can show up as addiction, limiting beliefs, unhealthy patterns, living on auto-pilot, etc. Noticing where your resistance lies is key to understanding how to get out of your own way.

3) How willing are you to make a change?

This work takes effort, intentionality, and consistency. If you want to grow, if you want to heal, you need to want it. Even if you’re not a full-body YES, some glimmering part of you that knows life can be better is enough to get started. You just need to be willing to be the one in the driver’s seat.

Sit with these questions and let them guide you. You may choose to write about them, create art with them in mind, speak with your therapist or friends about them, or learn from them in any way that suits you. Take your time and allow yourself to process the information you receive from these questions deeply. The deeper you go, the more you will discover.
