I know the feeling of wanting more from life and work.

I understand how exquisitely challenging life can be, and also how magnificent. The secret to a meaningful personal life, magnetic media production, and a thriving professional system is the team you assemble to support intrinsic wellness from the inside-out. As your psychological advisor, I ensure deep wellness embedded at the core of everything you produce, create, manage, and develop. Having my seasoned skillset at your disposal ensures a sound psychological foundation for the work you care about most deeply. The Radiant Life Project offers valuable tools and practices you can trust. My work stems from a lengthy and credible psychological background with professional authorship, media exposure, and a 20-year psychotherapy career.

The Radiant Life Project is my invitation to you. It is my conscious work to help you build and cultivate a life that is illuminated from the inside-out, and radiates into all facets of your being. Qualities inherent in a Radiant Life include: authenticity, creativity, integrity, purpose, compassion, and so much more. I call this work a Project to acknowledge the work-in-progress we each are, and to honor the unique journey we must travel toward attaining the Radiance that is our birthright.

I came to this work intuitively from an early interest in the combination of psychology, spirituality, and creativity. After formal schooling at the University of Denver and Naropa University, I became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board Certified and Registered Art TherapistSM (ATR-BC®), as well as a multi-award-winning published author of three psychology books. My private practice is a colorful, creative space in Littleton, Colorado where I meet individual clients both in-person and globally online. I also provide the following consulting, subject matter expert, and B2B psychological services:

🌐Enterprise & Corporate Consulting: Advising C-suites, management consulting firms, and HR leaders on mitigating workplace toxicity, building psychological safety frameworks, and resolving organizational conflict.
🖥️ Mental Health Tech Advisory: Serving on clinical advisory boards to vet, audit, and curate evidence-based content for employee wellness applications and digital health platforms.
🎙️ Media, Production & Editorial: Operating as an on-camera subject matter expert, audio contributor, and script consultant for major media networks and podcast productions tackling relational trauma and mental health.

Skillful training and experience is important to me. As an avid learner, I have pursued nearly two decades of post-graduate training in diverse therapeutic modalities. My work is informed by: Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS Parts Work), Interpersonal Neurobiology, Art Therapy Relational Neuroscience (ATR-N), ASIST Suicide Prevention, Transpersonal Meditation, Buddhist Psychology, and various other theoretical frameworks. I embrace a consistent intention toward learning that allows me to draw from an expansive reservoir of clinical and holistic modalities. With a credible, seasoned background as a licensed psychotherapist and board-certified art therapist, you can trust my skillset to be sound and well informed.

my approach

My work in The Radiant Life Project offers a holistic, preventive health perspective which incorporates verbal, creative, and body-centered skills and techniques. I operate from a perspective that considers each person in their mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional entirety. It is my genuine belief that each person is capable of choosing their life's path, and re-creating their story along the way. When you work with me, the inherent wisdom, strength, and wholeness that live within you will be invited to shine, expand, and thrive.
